Learn how NT is doing ‘quota’ theatre and the routes in to access ‘your quota’ – but not the back door. In their opinion the lack of diversity of subject matter and method replaced by an obsession with telling a story – that fits the narrative of British soft-power and its agenda often times than less – is not an/the issue for the NT to address. The issues is meeting new quotas that keep the black Asian and global majority quiet by showing a ‘formal HR inclusiveness’ that suits them even though there may be the same people dressed in different clothes.
As Clint proves in spades once you get in there apparently you are ‘very’ talented not just a quota met by the guys above you that pick the suitable some or few to join the establishment, even though most of the times their work is safe as milk not to call it predictable, aesthetically convoluted enough to be marketable to the nation but ultimately unchallenging.
